I am lucky to have a good cook for a mother who taught me the basics at an early age. I've been at it ever since. You might ask what is a hydrogeologist? I study groundwater. Pretty much unrelated to my self-proclaimed amateur chef hobby, but I like it. Hydrogeologists get pretty hungry so it's good that I am able to prepare some pretty tasty meals. This blog is dedicated to the food I cook for anybody willing to eat it. -Tyler

Beef tips with egg noodles.

Tonight my girlfriend did the cooking and tried out a new recipe for beef tips. It was great! Here is the recipe!
